Due to the location of the firewood pit on site, for health and safety reasons members of the public are unable to collect their own firewood.
Important information
- The 50km round trip distance is from the Tumu Timbers site located at 26 Tumu Way, Hastings.
- The size of the offcuts will vary within your load as this is a factory byproduct.
- We can supply WINZ quotes, please email your name, address and mobile number for a quote.
- Payment must be completed before delivery unless the ‘pay on delivery’ option is selected.
- Payment options include; online banking or EFTPOS on delivery (credit cards will incur a surcharge of 2.5%).
- If you select online banking, a separate quote will be emailed to you with all the payment information.
Please note the following:
- Delivery time frames will vary depending on the time of the year, based on production rates and order volumes. Please be mindful of this when ordering from our business.
- If we have not received payment for orders within 14 days of processing, we’ll deem these as cancelled and remove them from our system. If you would like to order, please resubmit the form and current rates will apply.
- Delivery dates are not notified to you automatically.
- Please specify in your delivery instructions if you would like confirmation of your payment and a proposed delivery date. If you don’t notify us, we will place your order in the next available space and the driver will contact you when he is in transit.
- Delivery dates are a proposed date only and can be delayed or brought forward depending on circumstances.
- Delivery dates are subject to change without notice. We will do the best we can to fulfil your order on the proposed date.
- If you chose an EFTPOS on delivery order, we will notify you with a proposed date at the time of processing.
