Tumu Timbers Family Day Out

Tumu Timbers Social Club family day trip to the Gannets at Cape Kidnappers on 24/1/16 was a great success. Everyone who attended thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The weather could not have been better and some of us even managed a dip in the cool Pacific when we reached the cape itself. Aside from the main attraction (the Gannets). the drivers would have come a close second for entertainment. All were engaged and enthusiastic about their task of getting us out to the cape and back again with some really interesting commentary/humour along the way. We were treated to a delicious packed lunch supplied by Pia at Café Alfalfa which catered for all ages.
